I advise and coach seasoned and upcoming leaders and leadership teams, build enriched and healthy relationships with their employees / customers that has the foundation of trust and loyalty, enhancing organisational brand value. I use strategic communications, marketing communications, systems thinking and continuous improvement methodologies to design bespoke communications, change and engagement plans in alignment with your company business objectives.
A year before completing my bachelor degree in public relations management from the cape peninsula university of technology, majoring in PR, communications science and media relations, I entered the professional work space in 2008. Since then I have 14 years experience having worked in diverse communications, engagement, marketing and media management roles for global fortune 500 corporations, government, social development initiatives and agency.
The last 7 years I broadened my knowledge in systems thinking and leadership development: in 2018, I completed a specialisation in management practice (pre-mba) from the university of cape town’s graduate school of business, and in 2022, certification in digital transformation.
