As I step into these uncharted territories of 2024, I recognize the significance of having companions that not only inspire but also guide and challenge my perspectives. I am only as good as my habits – I really want to say obsessions because it is. Reading and book collecting is an addiction. Which is why, this January, I’m kicking off 2024 with a set of eight, new and old books that I am eager to share with you. I believe, they will be steadfast companions in pursuit of your personal and professional growth as a leader in your place of work, business, or community. A compass if you will.

A few of them reviewed personally and others, information collected from my brief reading or research as I am about to start my reading marathon. As I am always in the pursuit of building and educating others on healthy relationships, learning more within the practice of management and self-development, the range of the subjects go from creativity, understanding yourself to understanding others, building better partnerships and the study of happiness to equip your new year with healthy practices.

2023 taught me that boundaries are essential to building healthy relationships not negotiable. They help determine what is and what is not ok in a relationship/ partnership, and that the best relationship I can have in any situation, is the one that begins with myself. These books encourage me to keep on pursuing that which I believe to be important and undeniable to how we learn to nurture healthy and impactful relationships in every space.

Join me as I delve into these narratives that promise to shape the year ahead and elevate our journey, individually and collectively in the coming months.
